He has held managerial positions in companies such as PPG and Aeromar Corporation and has also executed also projects focused on  process imrpovement,  technology implementations and business expansions.

He is an Industrial Engineer graduated from the International University of the Americas, holds a Green Belt degree in Lean Six Sigma and has APICS CPIM training.
